This short dance movie draws the emotional portrait of Karim, a young Egyptian who migrated to Europe. He’s at the edge of a mental break down : works in finance but passionate about dance, those two ways of survival split him in two. This fundamental questioning doesn’t even have space to exist as he must first face and succeed in the unwelcoming environnement around him. Eventually, the break down happens, but for the best.
This creation was freely inspired by a section of the life of Karim Mostafa, who is the main actor and dancer of the film. It is an hybrid between documentary, fiction and dance movie.
